New Officials

New Lacrosse Officials

Are you interested in becoming a boys/mens lacrosse official?  Never officiated before?  Interested in game Fees of $30-$40 per hour? This information is for you!

• Boys Lacrosse Officials Interest Meeting PowerPoint

• New Officials Interest Form

Junior Officials (high school students)

• Must have drivers license and have reliable transportation

• Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays from March - June (we will schedule around Saturday lacrosse practices)

• Lacrosse playing background preferable but not required

• Classes Begin in December/January

• Generally cover youth games while you are in high school.

• Must be a USA Lacrosse Member (https://membership.usalacrosse.com/create-account/accounts)

  • Make sure to list yourself as an official!

• Must complete USA Lacrosse Officials Annual & Apprentice Level Training (https://www.usalacrosse.com/officials-certification)

• Contact Youth Commissioner, John Uberti (john.uberti@waloa.org) when you have completed the above process and you will get the next steps!

Adult Officials

• Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays from March - June (we will schedule around Saturday lacrosse practices)
